What brokers are supported for import?

OneHold supports data import from XTB and Goldman Sachs TFI via XLSX files. To import from XTB, export your transaction history from the XTB platform as an XLSX file and upload it in the Import section of OneHold. Goldman Sachs TFI import supports the statement format used by their online platform. After uploading, OneHold automatically detects the account type - stocks, IKE, IKZE, or PPK - and maps transactions correctly. For brokers not yet supported, including mBank, PKO, Pekao, IBKR, and Saxo Bank, you can use our manual entry form or download the OneHold XLSX template for batch entry. Manual entry lets you add any transaction from any broker worldwide. Planned future integrations include additional Polish and international brokers. If your broker is missing, let us know via the contact form and we will prioritize it. All import data is processed entirely in-memory and never stored on our servers.

What retirement accounts are supported?

OneHold fully supports all four major Polish tax-advantaged retirement accounts: IKE (Indywidualne Konto Emerytalne), IKZE (Indywidualne Konto Zabezpieczenia Emerytalnego), PPK (Pracownicze Plany Kapitałowe), and OIPE. For each account type, OneHold tracks your current holdings with live prices, total contributions made, annual contribution limits, and projected value at retirement. For 2026, the IKE annual limit is approximately 24,141 PLN (three times the average monthly salary) and the IKZE limit is approximately 9,656 PLN (1.2 times the average salary). OneHold displays these limits in real time and shows how much room you have left to contribute this year. PPK tracking includes both employee and employer contributions as well as the government welcome bonus. For IKZE, OneHold calculates your estimated annual income tax savings based on contributions made, so you can see the immediate tax benefit alongside your long-term retirement savings growth.

What is RSU and ESPP tracking?

RSU (Restricted Stock Units) are shares granted by your employer that vest over time, typically 25% per year over four years. ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan) allows you to buy company shares at a discount, usually 15%, through payroll deductions during defined offering periods. OneHold tracks all your RSU grants and ESPP purchase periods in one place. For RSUs, you can log each grant separately with its full vesting schedule, track which tranches have already vested, and see the current market value of your unvested shares in real time. For ESPP, you can record each offering period, the discounted purchase price, and acquired shares. OneHold calculates your unrealized gain on both RSU and ESPP positions using live stock prices from Yahoo Finance, automatically converted to PLN using current NBP exchange rates. This is especially valuable for employees at US or European tech companies who receive a significant portion of total compensation in equity.

How do you calculate portfolio value?

OneHold calculates your portfolio value in real time by fetching live stock prices from Yahoo Finance and converting them to your selected display currency - PLN, EUR, or USD. Exchange rates are fetched from the NBP (National Bank of Poland) API, giving you accurate official mid-market rates. For Polish Treasury Bonds (OTS, DOS, TOZ, COI, EDO, ROS, ROD), we calculate the current value including accrued interest using official NBP reference rates and CPI inflation data, applying the correct formula for each bond type. Your total portfolio value aggregates stocks, bonds, retirement accounts (IKE, IKZE, PPK, OIPE), employee compensation (RSU, ESPP), funds, and cash positions. Crypto holdings are included if the Crypto add-on is activated. Prices update automatically on Starter, Pro, and Max plans; on the Free plan they refresh once daily. Historical portfolio value is tracked over time so you can visualise your net worth growth and compare it against your total deposits.

How does dividend tracking work?

OneHold tracks dividend payments for all your stock holdings, both Polish and foreign equities. When you record a dividend payment, OneHold converts the amount to PLN using the historical NBP exchange rate for that specific payment date, which is important for accurate tax reporting in Poland under the Belka tax - a flat 19% tax on capital gains and dividend income. You can view your dividend history filtered by ticker, by year, or as a cumulative total, helping you understand your passive income streams over time. The interface shows dividend per share received, total received for each holding, yield on cost, and current yield. OneHold keeps IKZE account dividend income correctly separated from taxable account income, since dividends reinvested within IKZE are tax-deferred until withdrawal. This separation simplifies your annual PIT tax return. A dividend calendar showing upcoming expected payment dates based on historical schedules is available on Pro and Max plans.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your portfolio data - all transactions, holdings, and account balances - is stored securely using Convex, which encrypts all data at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. Authentication is handled exclusively via Google OAuth, so OneHold never stores or handles your password. The only personal information stored is the email address you use to sign in and the portfolio data you explicitly enter. No data from uploaded broker XLSX files is ever persisted on our servers - imports are processed entirely in-memory in your browser session and then discarded immediately. No personally identifying information such as PESEL, ID card numbers, or broker account numbers from imported files is ever stored. OneHold does not share your financial data with any third parties, and your data is never processed by AI or machine learning systems. You can request full export or permanent deletion of all your data at any time from Account Settings, in full compliance with GDPR.

Question 7

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your OneHold subscription at any time with no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. To cancel, go to Account Settings, open the Subscription tab, and click Cancel Plan. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period - monthly or annual - so you will not lose access immediately after cancelling. After the billing period ends, your account is downgraded to the Free plan, which supports up to 5 stock positions and basic portfolio tracking. All your data is fully retained after downgrade - every transaction, holding, and piece of history stays in your account, so you can resume a paid plan at any time without losing anything. Annual plan subscribers who cancel within the first 14 days of their initial purchase are eligible for a full refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee. For refund requests, contact us through the in-app contact form. Billing is processed securely by Stripe, and your full billing history is available in Account Settings.

Can I try OneHold before buying?

Yes. Create a free account with Google — you do not need payment details to begin. The Free plan lets you use the real dashboard with core portfolio tracking on a smaller scale (for example, a limited number of stock positions). Add a paid subscription when you need more tickers, deeper retirement workflows, live portfolio scanning, or the Crypto add-on. Compare tiers in the Pricing section on the homepage.

What does the Crypto add-on include?

The Crypto add-on is a one-time purchase of 50 PLN that permanently unlocks the cryptocurrency section for your account - it does not expire when you change subscription plans. Once activated, you can track transactions across multiple cryptocurrency exchanges including Binance, Coinbase, Bybit, Kraken, OKX, and KuCoin. You can also track holdings from software wallets such as Metamask and Phantom, and hardware wallets including Ledger and Trezor. Crypto prices update in real time, and profit and loss is calculated in PLN using current NBP exchange rates, which is essential for accurate Polish tax reporting on cryptocurrency gains. In Poland, crypto profits are taxed as capital income at a flat 19% Belka tax rate, and having your gains calculated in PLN simplifies your annual PIT declaration. Your crypto holdings are fully integrated into the main portfolio overview alongside stocks, bonds, and retirement accounts, giving you a complete picture of your total net worth. The add-on is compatible with all subscription tiers including Free.

What can I do with API access (Pro and Max plans)?

API access is available on the Pro plan (500 requests per month) and Max plan (5,000 requests per month). The OneHold API lets you query your portfolio data programmatically using standard HTTP requests authenticated with a Bearer token. You can retrieve your current holdings, historical portfolio values, transaction history, dividend records, and retirement account balances - all returned in JSON format. Common use cases include building a custom dashboard in Notion or Obsidian, pulling portfolio data into Google Sheets or Excel for custom analysis and charting, setting up automated alerts when a position crosses a target price or percentage threshold, and integrating portfolio data into a personal finance management system or home automation setup. API documentation with endpoint references, example requests, and code samples is available in your dashboard under Settings and then API. Your API key can be generated or rotated at any time from the same settings page. Request counts reset on the first day of each calendar month. Per-minute rate limiting applies to prevent abuse.

Is there a mobile app?

OneHold is a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means it works like a native mobile application without going through an app store or requiring any installation from the Play Store or App Store. On iOS (iPhone and iPad), open onehold.app in Safari, tap the Share button - the square with an arrow - and select Add to Home Screen. On Android, open the app in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, and select Install App or Add to Home Screen. Once installed, OneHold appears on your home screen with its own icon and launches in full-screen mode without browser interface elements, making it indistinguishable from a native app. The PWA is supported on iOS 16.4 and later, Android 5 and later, and all modern desktop browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Offline support allows you to view your cached portfolio data when you do not have an internet connection. The app updates automatically to the latest version in the background, so you always have the newest features without any manual updates or app store reviews.

How is my data protected? Is personal information stored?

No personal data from your imported files is ever stored - no names, ID numbers (PESEL), or broker account IDs. Imported files are processed in-memory in your browser and never persisted on our servers. The only data we store is your authentication email (via Google OAuth) and the portfolio transactions you explicitly enter. All stored data is encrypted at rest via Convex. OneHold is AI-free: your financial data is never processed by any artificial intelligence or machine learning system, and is never shared with AI service providers. OneHold complies with GDPR. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time. To request a full data export or account deletion, use the option in Account Settings or contact us through the in-app contact form. We do not use tracking cookies - only a session cookie is used for authentication. Third-party scripts are limited to Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics for site performance measurement.
